Todd County Central kept Butler County winless with a 28-16 football victory Thursday at Warren East High School.
The Bears hosted the game, which had to be shifted to Warren East because of unsafe field conditions at Butler County.
Daltyn Havens’ 64-yard touchdown pass to Colton Embry and an ensuing two-point conversion pass from Havens to Embry gave the Bears an 8-0 lead in the second quarter, but the Rebels responded by scoring the next 28 points.
Embry finished with six catches for 138 yards and a touchdown. Havens was 12 of 22 passing for 181 yards and a score. Ethan Lawrence led the Bears with 76 rushing yards and a touchdown.
Butler County (0-9) wraps up its regular season Oct. 27 at Ohio County.
