Bank One opens first local full-service bankBank Ones first full-service banking center has opened. The new office at 924 Broadway Ave. will be open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Fridays.Bank One has hired an experienced team of Bowling Green bankers to run the new office, including: Chad Goldsmith, banking center manager; Kelly Jackson, relationship manager, business banking; Scott Thornhill, relationship manager, consumers; and Brad Caffey, mortgage loan originator.The new staff joins longtime Bowling Green banker Steven G. Sutton, who has managed Bank Ones Commercial Middle Market office in Bowling Green since 2001.The new Bank One banking center offers flexible checking and savings options designed to fit the banking needs of business and individuals, home equity loans, mortgages, investment services through Banc One Securities Corp. and business lines of credit, term loans, leases, cash management and other business services. The banking center also has drive-through windows and a 24-hour, drive-through automated teller machine. Bank One Corp. is the nations sixth-largest bank holding company, with assets of more than $270 billion. BB&T announces new investment counselorBB&T Investment Services has named Ashley Clouse of Bowling Green as investment counselor. Clouse recently joined the bank and is based at 1820 Scottsville Road. The Franklin native earned a bachelors degree from the University of Kentucky, where she graduated with honors in finance. We are very pleased to have Ashley join us in a new role for us in the Bowling Green market, Area Executive Rick Wilson said.
