The following people were indicted Jan. 22 by a Warren County grand jury:

Kevin Jacob Anderson, 43, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to wear seatbelt; $7,500 cash bond in defendant’s name only; theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, first-degree criminal mischief by complicity, second-degree criminal trespassing, first-degree persistent felony offender; $6,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Thomas Maurice Craft Jr., 53, c/o Butler County Jail, three counts of third-degree assault, first-degree promoting contraband, fourth-degree assault (domestic), third-degree criminal trespassing; $10,000 cash bond.

Ralph Fredrick Deluca, 37, 120 Maple Leaf Drive, first-degree promoting contraband, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license; transfer bond.

Carlitos Figueroa, 66, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, third-degree terroristic threatening, second-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal trespassing, alcohol intoxication; $2,500 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Candace Renea Hubbard, 30, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of synthetic drugs; transfer bond.

Makyambe Itongwa, 29, 922 Potter Ave., first-degree bail jumping; $10,000 cash bond concurrent with other indictment.

Zachary Allen Kirk, 20, 1283 William Simmons Road, first-degree robbery, first-degree assault, first-degree wanton endangerment; transfer bond.

Zeek Nari Cook, 21, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree robbery by complicity, first-degree wanton endangerment; $10,000 cash bond.

Aaron Lee McQueary, 18, 292 Audley Ave., Apt. A, tampering with physical evidence, receiving stolen property (firearm); transfer bond.

Jevon A. Reed, 21, 1210 Cabell Drive, theft by unlawful taking of property (firearm); transfer bond.

Julio Matias Matus Cortes AKA Julio Matias Matus Cortez, 27, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor (victim less than 12 years of age), two counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor (victim less than 18 years of age); $50,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Jacob Andrew McGrew, 28, Nashville, falsely reporting an incident which generates an emergency response; transfer bond.

Stephanie G. Miller, 22, 5831 Otte Court, #111, third-degree assault; $1,500 cash bond; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, second-degree disorderly conduct, alcohol intoxication; transfer bond.

Joseph Wayne Pulliam, 63, homeless, two counts of theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, two counts of first-degree criminal mischief, two counts of second-degree criminal trespassing, first-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Nicholas Ray Basham, 41, 2656 Threlkel Ferry Road, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, first-degree criminal mischief by complicity, second-degree criminal trespassing, first-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Daniel Joe Belcher II, 31, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, receiving stolen property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, second-degree persistent felony offender; $6,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Ronnie Lee Robinson, 61, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree promoting contraband, first-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Donald John Schumer, 48, homeless, first-degree bail jumping, first-degree persistent felony offender; $6,000 cash bond concurrent with other indictment.

Michael Anthony Sheehan, 40, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, tampering with a witness, unlawful use of a tracking device, violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO, first-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond.

James Ray Taylor, 43, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, second-degree robbery, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; $10,000 cash bond; first-degree promoting contraband by complicity; $5,000 cash bond.

April Marie Kittinger, 47, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; transfer bond; first-degree promoting contraband; $5,000 cash bond.
