FRANKLIN Donald C. Tinsley, 80, of Clearwater, Fla., died Jan. 26, 2003, at Highland Pines Rehab Center in Clearwater.Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Little and Sons Funeral Chapel in Beech Grove, Ind., with burial in Washington Park Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Tinsley of Franklin; a daughter, Donna Kirby of Dunedin, Fla.; two sons, David Tinsley of Pendleton, Ind., and Michael Tinsley of Annapolis, Md.; a brother, Billy Ray Tinsley of Indianapolis; a stepdaughter, Sue Cummings of Franklin; four stepgrandchildren; and a great-stepgrandchild.
