Lola Mae Gregory Cole, 85, of Bowling Green died at 5:26 p.m. EDT April 25, 2001, at her daughters home in Mableton, Ga.The Macon County, Tenn., native was a homemaker and a Baptist. She was a daughter of the late Walter Gregory and Nannie Bray Gregory and the wife of the late Homer Fay Cole.Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home with burial in Gamaliel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.Survivors include two daughters, Joyce Thorpe of Bowling Green and Karen Fay McDuffie of Mableton; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
