City proclaims Dr. Gary and Julie Ransdell Day
Mayor Bruce Wilkerson will proclaim “Dr. Gary and Julie Ransdell Day” in Bowling Green at 5:30 p.m. May 11 at Fountain Square Park.
The proclamation honors Ransdell’s 20-year tenure at Western Kentucky University. Ransdell will retire June 30.
At the proclamation, the two will be given a commissioned painting by artist Misha Ambrosia and other gifts.
