Shelley D. Lowe was recently appointed to represent Edmonson County on the board of LifeSkills Inc.

Lowe has served as a board member for Court Appointed Special Advocates and Kids on the Block and is currently a member of the Leadership Bowling Green Alumni Association and Professional Marketing Association. She also serves as a mentor at T.C. Cherry Elementary School.

Lowe lives in Warren County and is employed by Bowling Green Municipal Utilities as a marketing coordinator.

LifeSkills Inc. is a nonprofit health care corporation that plans for and serves the people of southcentral Kentucky in three areas: mental health, developmental disabilities and substance abuse.
