The City of Bowling Green, in conjunction with multiple sponsors, will be hosting the Pickens Amateur Championship Golf Tournament on June 25th and 26th, 2011 at CrossWinds Golf Course.

This tournament is open to the public and limited to the first 200 players. The entry fee is $125 before June 19 and $140 after June 19.  Your fee includes 2 rounds of golf, lunch on Saturday and Sunday, a Pickens Amateur Golf Cap, and a sleeve of Titleist Golf Balls.

The 36 hole play will begin with a shotgun start at 7 a.m. on both Saturday and Sunday.   Prizes will include Titleist AP2 irons, a Titleist 910 driver, Vokey 52°, 56°, 60° wedges, a Titleist Stand Bag, a $75 CorssWinds gift certificate and a dozen Titleist ProV1 Golf Balls.

The Pickens Amateur Championship Golf Tournament is the third and final tournament that will determine the City Amateur Golf Champion.  Each player is awarded points depending on where they finish in each of the three tournaments. The person with the most points after the third tournament is the City Amateur Champion.
