Naked woman charged with stabbing ex-boyfriend
When Glasgow police arrived Tuesday afternoon to an assault call at 316 McKenna St., they found a woman standing outside naked behind a bush.
James Marcum told police he had been asleep inside the home when Judy F. Wininger, 54, stabbed him in the back with a pair of scissors, according to Wininger’s arrest citation. Wininger told police that Marcum had assaulted her knees by pushing her down.
Officers found a pool of blood in the bed where Marcum said he had been asleep. Officers recovered scissors from the bush where they originally encountered Wininger in the nude, according to the arrest citation. The scissors were stuck down in the bush.
Wininger was charged with second-degree assault (domestic violence), tampering with physical evidence and first-degre indecent exposure.
Both Wininger and Marcum told police they had been involved in a relationship with each other in the past.
Wininger is lodged in the Barren County Detention Center in lieu of a $5,000 cash bond, according to online jail records.
