Riverview at Hobson Grove is pleased to present the program “Nature’s Bounty in Textiles” on Tuesday, August 24th at 11:30am.  Sandy Staebell, the Registrar and Collections Curator at the WKU Kentucky Museum, will discuss how plants and animals interpret the glory of nature as design elements and pattern names in many historic textiles.

Attendees have the opportunity to bring their own quilts and coverlets with natural themes to display and discuss afterwards.

For further information, please call Riverview at 843-5565.  $15 each.  Reservations are required.  Riverview is located at 1100 West Main Avenue in Bowling Green’s Hobson Grove Park.  Please keep in contact with upcoming events by clicking the “Like” button of our Facebook page.
