The Bowling Green-Warren County Contractors Licensing Board, at its Nov. 7 meeting, took action to revoke the license of Warren County contractor Tri-County Outdoor Services.

According to documents provided by the licensing board, Tri-County Outdoor Services was the subject of three consumer complaints filed with the board between May 18 and Oct. 9 of this year.

As a result, licensing board Executive Director Bob Appling instituted proceedings to determine if Tri-County Outdoor Services was in violation. The contractor was notified and given 21 days to make a written request for a hearing before the board regarding the complaints and proposed disciplinary action. 

No written request for a hearing was received, and the licensing board issued a revocation of the Tri-County Outdoor Services license by default.
