Kevin Mays has been hired as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Bowling Green’s Owl’s Head Alloys, a provider of secondary aluminum recycling services.

Mays is a certified public accountant and a chartered global management accountant with a degree in accounting from Bellarmine University and a Master’s of Divinity degree from Asbury Theological Seminary. He has worked at National City Bank and at Carr, Riggs & Ingram LLC (formerly Holland CPAs) in Bowling Green.

Mays serves on the board of directors for Leadership Kentucky and is chairman of the Kentucky Commission on Community Volunteerism and Service, a bipartisan group appointed by the governor to provide oversight of AmeriCorps national service programs throughout Kentucky.
