After 14 years together, the female foursome dubbed Kentucky Thunder has released their debut album, aptly named ‘Bout Damn Time.  ‘Bout Damn Time was recorded live at 3rd and Lindsey in April 2010.   It features 14 tracks, 8 of which were co-penned by one or more of the group’s members.

The woman of Kentucky Thunder: Jonell Mosser, Etta Britt, Sheila Lawrence and Vickie Carrico are well known in Nashville circles for their immense talent as individuals. Mosser and Lawrence both honed their skills in Bowling Green before relocating to music city.  Each has earned a successful career, Mosser performing with some of music’s biggest artists as well as recording several solo albums and Lawrence as a successful songwriter and performer.  Britt has also appeared with many great artists and Carrico has been writing, recording and performing successfully for over 25 years.

The rootsy, soulful vocals are backed by Bob Britt (guitar), Jon Coleman & Randy Leago (Hammond B3), Chris Eddy (drums) and Steve Mackey (bass).
