Snodgrass presented educator award

The Kentucky Art Education Association selected Jessica Snodgrass as the 2016 Museum Art Educator of the Year at its annual conference. She is marketing and visual arts gallery director at the Southern Kentucky Performing Arts Center in Bowling Green.

“Jessica is instrumental in coordinating teachers and exhibits for all,” said Kim Soule, past KyAEA president and Greenwood High School art educator. “She is a wonderful community educator and deserving of this award.”

Praise also came from SKyPAC’s leadership.

“SKyPAC is proud to have Jessica as our visual arts gallery director. We feel she understands and appreciates the importance of the core values that the arts bring to enriching everyone’s lives,” SKyPAC Executive Director Rick McCue said.

President named for Realtors’ group

Steve Cline was selected as president-elect for the Kentucky Association of Realtors.

The professional association represents more than 10,000 members.

Cline is part of The Cline Team in Bowling Green.

The honor was presented at the group’s 94th annual convention in Lexington.
