Local attractions are coming together in order to offer deep winter discounts to local residents. Five of the area’s top venues including Diamond Caverns, Dinosaur World, Historic Railpark and Train Museum, Kentucky Down Under and Lost River Cave want to start the New Year by inviting locals to see the treasures lying in their own backyard for only $6 per person on Sundays with local ID in both January and February.

“We are so blessed to have such quality attractions in our immediate area,” said Nicole Randall, Marketing Director of Dinosaur World. “We all tend to neglect what’s so close and travel much further for experiences. But we have a wealth of opportunity to create memories with our family’s right here.”

Present your driver’s license or bill stub at the ticket counters on Sundays in January and February to the attractions and receive the discount. The $6 rate applies for all ages above the free child infant rate and is not valid with other offers.

The discount is a way the attractions can offer appreciation to locals for support throughout the year. It also offers a way to experience the attractions at a leisurely pace due to winter season smaller crowds. The attractions also hope you’ll like what you see and recommend them to others.
