Kelcey D. Rock, vice president at Hancock Bank and Trust Co., has been selected by the Kentucky Bankers Association for its 2018 Emerging Leaders program.

“The Emerging Leaders program is our way of guiding the next generation of bankers into becoming exceptional leaders,” said Ballard W. Cassady Jr., president and CEO of the KBA. “This program is a steppingstone; it not only provides them with experience and engagement among their peers, but it involves them with our organization by giving them a firsthand look at how we work together with our banks on a daily basis to ensure the success of our industry.”

Other local bank employees selected to the 2018 class of Emerging Leaders are Mackenzie Carter of Farmers National Bank in Scottsville and Amber Smith of Morgantown Bank & Trust in Morgantown.
