Kentucky Downs’ opening day postponed
{p class=”p1”}{span class=”s1”}Saturday’s opening day of live racing at Kentucky Downs in Franklin has been postponed because of torrential rain.{/span}{p class=”p1”}{span class=”s1”}The card will now take place Wednesday, with post time for the first race scheduled for 1:25 p.m. Wednesday’s card will feature four stakes races, highlighted by the $400,000 Tourist Mile.{/span}{p class=”p1”}{span class=”s1”}The five-day meet will continue with races on Sept. 7, Sept. 9-10 and Sept. 14.{/span}{&end}
