The First Ever Public Art Hanging

The Gallery at 916 had opened it’s doors to all painters of South Central Kentucky and Northern Tennessee who have entered one painting to be hung in the gallery for The First Ever Public Art Hanging. THE FIRST EVER PUBLIC ART HANGING will be on exhibit from July 9 – August 7, 2010 at the Gallery at 916. An artist reception will be held July 9th at 5PM. An awards presentation will be held on August 6th at 6PM.
THE GALLERY AT 916 is partnering with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of South Central KY, Inc for this event. The public is invited to vote for their favorite work of art. Each vote will cost $1.00 and the proceeds from the voting will go towards supporting the efforts and mission of CASA of South Central Kentucky. CASA – Court Appointed Special Advocates of South Central KY, Inc. is a non-profit agency dedicated to preventing and eliminating further trauma to children.
