The self titled Debut album from The Danse Macabre brings together over a year of collaboration between an eclectic group of musicians.   Local folk and bluegrass songwriter Jim Buchanan steps outside his normal repertoire to head a band with heavy roots, along with drummer Wes Buchanan, guitarist Josh London, and bassist Patrick Slater.

These four local musicians came together to produce an album that steps outside of what was conformable and known to them. They found a churning, tight, dark, and powerful sound that transcends the vision of each individual member of the band.   All songs Written, Arranged and Recorded by the Danse Macabre.
