The National Corvette Museum and Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce will play host to a new event, a Teacher Appreciation Expo, this weekend at the Museum Sunday from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. The Expo will offer free activities for area educators and is designed to show appreciation to those teachers for the care they give our children throughout the year.
Free food, door prizes, swag bags, massages, mini spa treatments, craft activities, seminars and demonstrations, field trip idea booths, classroom fundraiser idea booths, vendors and more will be available during the event. Free childcare is also available to teachers while they browse the booths and attend seminars.
Door prize drawings will be held throughout the event, with great prizes including gift certificates, gift baskets and jewelry. Seminars on interior decorating, skin care and more will also be conducted.
The event will take place in the Corvette Museum’s Conference Center. The Museum is located at I-65, exit 28 in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Information about the event is continually being updated on the Museum’s website at: www.corvettemuseum.org/teacher.
