South Warren sophomore Faith Martin picked up another tournament victory Friday, winning a two-hole playoff to claim the individual championship in the Central Hardin Lady Bruin Invitational at Elizabethtown Country Club.

Martin finished with a 70 for her third tournament victory of the season.

South Warren finished third in the team standings with a combined 324.

Purples take 2nd in Dawson Springs Invitational

Bowling Green’s boys posted a combined 307 to finish second in Saturday’s 21-team Dawson Springs Invitational at Pennyrile State Park.

Collier Curd led the Purples with a 74, Blake Stewart posted a career-best 76, Tristen Carter added a 77 and Clark McDougal finished with an 80.

Marshall County (304) won the team championship.
