Now that the ground is thawing out, it’s time to kick some dirt up at Ballance MotoX’s season opener this weekend. Over the course of 16 years, the American Bluegrass Championship Motocross series has evolved from a local racing series to one of the most highly anticipated and respected racing productions in the region. There will be excellent competition for the athletes and spectacular racing for the spectators.

Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under with weekend passes available. Saturday’s practice session begins at 10 a.m., and on Sunday race day, a practice session begins at 8 a.m. with the race to follow.
