Beat the heat with the best ice cream in town at Chaney’s Dairy Barn this weekend as they present Ice Cream & a Moovie and Barnfest. On Friday and Saturday beginning at dusk, spread out the blanket or the lawn chairs and watch Happy Feet while listening to the crickets, feeling the summer breeze and enjoying ice cream! The movie is free, but please don’t bring any outside food or drink.

Head out early on Saturday to hear live music on the farm as Barnfest 2011 begins at 4 pm with musical guests Amanda Ousley, Preston Coly, Shine and Easy Street. The evening will be emceed by former Miss Kentucky and Amazing Race contestant Mallory Ervin, and the Woodburn Antique Tractor & Engine Club will have some vintage equipment on display.
