Sandra Gail Willoughby Franklin, 60, of Bowling Green, died at 11:52 p.m. Dec. 25, 2010, at her residence.

The Bowling Green native was born June 10, 1950. She was a shipping and receiving clerk at Holley Carburetor/Colt Industries. She was a Baptist. She loved her family, her Saturday date nights with her granddaughter, watching QVC, cooking and cutting up with her family. She was a daughter of the late Gilmer Buster Willoughby and Oleta Conner Willoughby. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Tonya Blink Franklin; a sister, Raydean Willoughby; and two brothers, Randy Willoughby and Gilmer Willoughby.

Memorial service is at 2 p.m. Sunday at her residence. Cremation was chosen. J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Home, Broadway Avenue chapel, is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include a son, Richard Franklin and his companion, Jaimi Muth, of Bowling Green; two grandchildren, Raven Nicole Franklin and Jillian Gail Franklin, both of Bowling Green; a niece, Amanda Willoughby Rippy and her husband, Thomas, of Bowling Green; a great-niece, Haley Joiner Creek of Bowling Green; special friends, Betty Jo Robison of Bowling Green and Sharon Harpool of Auburn; a sister-in-law, Janis Willoughby of Bowling Green; and her favorite cat and companion, Daisy May.
