Christopher Robin Bartley, 52, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, first-degree persistent felony offender; $6,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Hayley Bott, 30, Manchester, Tennessee, two counts of theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000; notice to appear.

Dewayne Eugene Bradley, 57, homeless, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, giving a peace officer a false name or address; $500 unsecured bond.

Lauren Austin Burkeen, 34, 5301 Scottsville Road, #39, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; transfer bond.

Andrew Scott Krohn, 28, 133 Perdez Court, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, failure to illuminate headlamps; transfer bond.

Joshua James Duke, 39, homeless, two counts of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree fleeing or evading police, second-degree disorderly conduct, public intoxication; $1,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Isias Hernandez, 39, 197 W. 13th Ave., Apt. A, first-degree bail jumping; $250,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

David Montell, 37, 1330 High St., #1/2, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, two counts of theft by unlawful taking of property valued at less than $500, third-degree criminal trespassing, first-degree persistent felony offender; transfer bond.

Coty Wayne Shinkle, 26, 1330 High St., #1/2, two counts of theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at less than $500; transfer bond.

Fidele Nyoka, 28, 1918 Harvey Ave., first-degree criminal mischief, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (third offense within 10 years, aggravating circumstances), operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended for DUI; transfer bond.
