The following people were indicted Wednesday by a Warren County grand jury:

Jasmine A. Bailey, 40, 280 Crestlake Way, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000; $1,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Matthew Austin Cline AKA Matthew Payne, 32, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, failure to comply with sex offender registration, sex offender remaining on school premises, first-degree persistent felony offender; $10,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Brian O’Neil Connell, 40, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, fourth-degree assault (third or greater offense within five years, domestic), alcohol intoxication; $2,500 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Cesar Francisco Pedro, 19, 1135 N. Lee Drive, first-degree criminal mischief, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants, leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, no operator’s license; transfer bond.

Lakhota Michael Fuqua, 22, homeless, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; $1,000 unsecured bond.

Deondre Anton Gilbert, 33, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree persistent felony offender; transfer bond.

Austin Dale Guess, 20, 533 Pruitt Road, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; notice to appear.

Ethan Wade Houchens, 19, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; $2,500 cash bond.

Ricky Oliver Jones, 46, 1744 Patrick Way, Apt. A, theft of mail matter, first-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only; first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, second-degree disorderly conduct, first-degree persistent felony offender; transfer bond.

Clayton Scott Koglin, 29, Nashville, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000; $2,500 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

April Marie Munoz-Hernandez AKA April Marie Hernandez-Munoz, 35, 1500 Audubon Drive, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; $1,500 cash bond.

Douglas Wade Price, 45, 1107 Rockfield Browning Road, Rockfield, receiving stolen property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, third-degree criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at less than $1,000, first-degree persistent felony offender; transfer bond; receiving stolen property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, disregarding a stop sign, first-degree persistent felony offender; transfer bond.

Jermell Levi Rogers, 30, 873 McFadin Station, first-degree strangulation, fourth-degree assault (domestic), second-degree persistent felony offender; transfer bond.
