Bobby Russell Miller, 48, 141 Bristow Road, two counts of tampering with a witness; $6,000 cash bond.

Jaime Lamont Alvey AKA Jamie L. Alvey AKA Jaime Lynn Alvey AKA Jaime Lamonte McKibbin, 45, 116 Drew Brooke Drive, Apt. B, Franklin, first-degree bail jumping, first-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond.

Joseph Don Berry, 49, 368 Plum Springs Road, first-degree bail jumping, second-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond.

Jerimiah Wilford Bratcher, 44, c/o Barren County Detention Center, first-degree bail jumping; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Dylan Wayne Dewitt, 27, 726 Cumberland Trace Road, #424, first-degree criminal mischief; $2,500 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Lawerence Flowers AKA Lawrence Flowers, 31, Houston, first-degree bail jumping; $5,000 cash bond.

Dawn M. Foust, 48, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater than two grams, meth), possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree fleeing or evading police; $6,000 cash bond.

Bridget Sue Garnica, 61, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater than two grams, meth), possession of drug paraphernalia; $2,500 cash bond.

Brad Alan Windham, 46, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater than two grams, meth), possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree persistent felony offender; $3,000 cash bond.

Darius Trayvon Hayes, 27, Houston, engaging in organized crime (criminal syndicate), theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $10,000 or more by complicity, first-degree criminal mischief by complicity, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000 by complicity; $10,000 cash bond.

Marcelius Deangelo Hall, 27, Houston, engaging in organized crime (criminal syndicate), theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $10,000 or more by complicity, first-degree criminal mischief by complicity, theft by unlawful taking of property value at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000 by complicity; $10,000 cash bond.

Joseph Aaron Keene, 26, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater than two grams, meth, firearm enhanced), first-degree wanton endangerment, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (second offense within 10 years), possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to wear seat belt, no or expired registration plate, no or expired registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card; issue criminal summons.

Markus Dewayne Martin, 33, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, tampering with a prisoner monitoring device, second-degree escape, second-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond.

Alan Esquivel Pacheco, 23, Modesto, Calif., first-degree bail jumping; $10,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Javier Perez, 38, c/o Lee County Jail, Fort Myers, Fla., theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000; $5,000 cash bond.

Brandon Lee Reeder, 29, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, 15 counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor (victim less than 12 years of age), unlawful use of electronic means originating or received within the commonwealth to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited activities, second-degree persistent felony offender; $25,000 cash bond.

Shae Reh, 22, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, importing heroin, carfentanyl, fentanyl or fentanyl derivatives, three counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (fentanyl); $25,000 cash bond.

Omar Abdulrazak Adnan, 26, 720 Patton Way, four counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (fentanyl); $10,000 cash bond.
