Suspect in Muse shooting arrested in Tennessee

A man accused of involvement in a shooting at Muse Apartments that left two people injured was arrested Wednesday night in Tennessee.
The Bowling Green Police Department announced that Donavon T. Jordan, 23, of Bowling Green, was found by the Tennessee Highway Patrol on Interstate 40 and taken into custody without incident on a warrant charging him with first-degree assault.
Jordan is being held in the Henderson County, Tennessee, Jail, where he awaits extradition, BGPD said.
City police received a shots fired call around 7:15 p.m. Tuesday from the apartment complex at 1799 Russellville Road.
Officers arriving at the scene found two men with gunshot wounds.
The men were taken to area hospitals for treatment of wounds that police characterized as serious, but not life-threatening.
Police have not released the names of the gunshot victims.
The investigation is ongoing and more charges are expected, BGPD said.
