T.J. Samson Community Hospital has added Dewayne Miller, PT, DPT, OCS, ATC as physical therapy clinical coordinator, sports medicine coordinator and rehab physician liaison.

Miller joins the T.J. Samson rehabilitation services team from KORT-Glasgow Physical Therapy where he served as clinic director for more than 18 years. He has provided sports medicine services to Barren County High School athletics during the past 18 years.

Miller earned his Bachelor of Health Sciences in physical therapy degree from the University of Kentucky and his transitional doctorate of physical therapy degree from Regis University in Denver, Colo.

Miller holds multiple professional certifications, some of which include certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties, nationally certified athletic trainer by the National Athletic Trainers’ Association Board of Certification, and an APTA credentialed clinical instructor.

He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Kentucky Physical Therapy Association, National Athletic Trainers’ Association and the Kentucky Athletic Trainers’ Society.
