The wedding of Reagan Renea Fletcher and John G. Varner Jr. was performed by Dr. Tim Harris on Sept. 30, 2023, at the couple’s farm in Scottsville.

The bride is the daughter of Shannon and Heather Fletcher of Bowling Green; sister of Tucker Fletcher (his wife, Jessie); and granddaughter of Aaron and Julie Fletcher and Allen and Bonita Cooper.

The groom is the son of John G. Varner (his wife, Julie) and Brandi Rutland (her husband, Joel), all of Alabama; the brother of Kodi Dennis (her husband, Brock); and the grandson of Sonny and Marsha Varner, Hank Pitts and the late Karen Brock.

The couple is the aunt and uncle of Wesley Wayne Dennis, Olivia Till “Tillie” Dennis and Dean Clayborne Fletcher.

The maid of honor was the bride’s best friend, Maddie Thomas.

The best man was the groom’s brother-in-law, Brock Dennis.

A private wedding and reception was held for immediate family only.

There will be a public reception and shower for the couple from 2 to 4 p.m. Oct. 15, 2023, at The Westbrook Farms Event Barn located at 2818 Alvaton Greenhill Road, Bowling Green.
