Service One Credit Union has announced the promotion of seven associates into new leadership roles.

Brad Brown was named senior vice president and chief operations officer.

He joined SOCU in 2012, has a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from Vanderbilt University and is a credit union enterprise risk management expert. He has been in the financial industry for 19 years.

In his new role, Brown will have executive oversight over the credit union’s loan portfolio, deposit operations, loan support, loan servicing and collections. He will continue to maintain strategic oversight over facilities.

Matthew Hutcheson was named the senior vice president of finance.

Michelle Dyer will move to the role of senior vice president and chief experience officer.

Elizabeth Lindsey assumes the new role of vice president of member experience.

Mindy Fabian will take the role of assistant vice president of loan support.

Nate Dalrymple assumes the new role of vice president of people and compliance.

RaeAnn Holmes assumes the new role of assistant vice president of talent and development.
