Faye “Dolly” Brashear, 82, of Bowling Green died at 3:19 a.m. April 24, 2009, at The Medical Center.
She was born Aug. 25, 1926. She was retired from Holley Carburetor and a member of Eastwood Baptist Church and especially loved her Sunday school class. Dolly loved her children, grandson and great-grandchildren. She also loved gardening, reading and antiques. She was a daughter of the late James Wesley Hearldson and Mary Ruth Runner Hearldson. She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Carroll Hearldson.
Memorial service is at 10 a.m. Monday at J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Home, Lovers Lane chapel, with burial in Fairview Cemetery No. 2. Visitation is from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Survivors include a daughter, Lynn Williams and her husband, Barry, of Bowling Green; a son, Bill Brashear and his wife, Karen, of Jacksonville, Fla.; a grandson, Jim Williams of Bowling Green; two great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Vaughn Hearldson of Atlanta and Jerry Hearldson and his wife, Sue, of Cincinnati.
