C. Wayne Pulley

C. Wayne Pulley, 58, of Bowling Green died at 10:40 p.m. March 19, 2009, at Hospice of Southern Kentucky.

He was a landscaper for Creek Sod Farms who loved his family, especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed fishing, working outdoors and Western movies. Pulley was an avid World Wrestling Entertainment and Tennessee Titans fan. He was a son of the late Clarence Thomas Pulley and Annie Lee Pulley. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Margaret Jones and Louise Pulley; and a niece, Penny Phelps.

Funeral is at 2:30 p.m. Monday at J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Home, Broadway Avenue chapel, with burial in Bowling Green Gardens. Visitation is from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Survivors include three stepsons, Marty Frogge Sr. and his wife, Suzanne, of Oakland, Tony Frogge and his wife, Wesley, of Cave City, and Donald Frogge Sr. and his wife, Polly, of Bowling Green; a stepdaughter, Shelley Frogge of Bowling Green; two sisters, Mary Schasty of Lafayette, N.C., and Kathy Phelps and her husband, Andrew “Buddy” Phelps, of Bowling Green; 11 grandchildren, Christopher Frogge, Amiee Frogge, Marty Frogge Jr., Valerie Higgs, Tiffany Fink, Donald “Little D.” Frogge Jr., Savannah Frogge, Ashlyn Massey, Johnathon Wells, Adrienne Russell Wells and Anastasia Wells; a stepgrandson, Josh Bessinger; a great-grandson, Kaiden Russell; three nieces, Rosemary Finney, Jennifer Schasty and Lisa Massey; four nephews, Tommy Finney, John Schasty, Robert Jones and Frank Phelps Sr.; several great-nieces and great-nephews; several special friends; and two special cats, Tinker and Pimp.
