Christeen W. Heffner

Christeen W. Jenkins Heffner, 79, of Bowling Green died at 11:22 a.m. Jan. 20, 2009, at The Medical Center.

The Warren County native was a homemaker and a member of Christ Episcopal Church. She was a daughter of the late Denton Jenkins and Lena Ives Jenkins and the wife of the late Lester B. Heffner. She was preceded in death by a brother, Harold Jenkins.

Graveside service is at 10 a.m. Friday at Fairview Cemetery. There is no visitation. J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Home, Lovers Lane chapel, is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include six daughters, Cheryl Ann Mills, Wanda McFadden, Brenda E. Heffner, Linda McLane, Sandra J. Heffner and Penny K. Linsenbardt; a sister, Louise Phelps; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
