WKU lands record number on CUSA Commissioner’s Honor Roll

A total of 304 Western Kentucky student-athletes have been named to the Conference USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll in 2024, the conference announced Thursday.
The 304 student-athletes named to the CUSA Commissioner’s Honor Roll is a WKU record. The 2024 total surpassed the previous record of 222 announced last year.
Student-athletes named to the Commissioner’s Honor Roll maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better and have completed at least one academic semester at the institution in either spring 2024 or fall 2024. A total of 2,878 CUSA student-athletes earned Commissioner’s Honor Roll recognition for 2024.
To receive the Commissioner’s Academic Medal, a student-athlete must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.75 or better. A total of 1,056 CUSA student-athletes were named Commissioner’s Academic Medal winners for 2024.
