BOWLING GREEN — Annie Elizabeth “Sis:” McDaniel Angle, 94 of Bowling Green passed peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at her residence. The Warren County native was a daughter of the late Clay and Cordie Hunt McDaniel.
She was the wife of the late David A. Angle. She was preceded in death by her siblings and their spouses, Charles McDaniel (Ruby), Kirby McDaniel (Ellen), Ina Walker (Earl) and Ruby Morrison (Jim). Elizabeth was a member of Eastwood Baptist Church, she was a retired rural carrier for the U S Postal Service and a nurses aide at the Medical Center.
Elizabeth loved family time and her quilting. She was able to enjoy her last years at her home in the care of her children and caregive Kathy Neighbors Leaving to cherish her memory are her children, Linda Bennett (Jimmy), Cathy Grimes, Roger Jones (Lisa), Sandra Bush (Paul), David Angle, Dennis Angle, Dan Angle, Joe Angle and Larry Jones (Sue); eight grandchildren, Darrell Grimes (Amanda), Dawn Guess, Teresa Taylor (Shannon), Shannon Bennett (Heather), Autumn Bennett, Jennifer Buken (Kevin), Dylan Angle (Leah) and Pixie Jarvis (Jim); seven great grandchildren, Reece Taylor (Gabby), Reagan Dabney (Donald), Dillon and Josh Grimes, Kyle and Katie King and Gage Buken; one great great granddaughter, Charlotte who will arrive in September and several nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 3 at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with burial in Fairview Cemetery. The visitation will be 9 a.m.- 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
