The following people were indicted Feb. 26 by a Warren County grand jury:

Crystal Diane Barber Gary, 43, Clarksville, Tennessee, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Hailiey K. Barber Ellis, 24, Clarksville, Tennessee, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Richard Allen Cardwell, 40, 30 Willis Road, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, speeding, rear license plate not illuminated, first-degree persistent felony offender; $2,500 cash bond.

Jordan James Childers, 27, 1945 Russellville Road, second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater than 10 dosage units, firearm enhanced), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, failure to or improper signal; $10,000 cash bond.

Matthew James Craft, 35, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, receiving stolen property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, second-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Kristie Ann Dickinson, 50, 1425 Indianola St., fourth-degree assault (third or greater offense within five years, domestic), second-degree disorderly conduct; $1,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Lorenzio M. Gomez AKA Florencio Antonio Morales, 44 or 55, 2518 Waterford Ave., theft of identity, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to register/transfer a motor vehicle, display of illegal/altered registration plate; transfer bond.

Manuel Humberto Gomez Ramirez, 23, 624 Sherwood Drive, second-degree robbery, resisting arrest, fourth-degree assault, third-degree terroristic threatening, second-degree criminal mischief; transfer bond.

Christopher Gene Holliman, 53, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault (domestic), two counts of fourth-degree assault, third-degree terroristic threatening, second-degree disorderly conduct, first-degree persistent felony offender; $6,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Arlexis Deshawn Kawai, 30, 1008 Beauty Ave., three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree persistent felony offender; $10,000 cash bond; possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, first-degree persistent felony offender; $7,500 cash bond.

Alexander Thomas Kennedy, 33, Horse Branch, first-degree strangulation, second-degree persistent felony offender; transfer bond.

Keondez Tyrece McCarley, 25, 783 Brandy Cir., Apt. B, first-degree strangulation, two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, fourth-degree assault (domestic); transfer bond.

Abenamar Ruiz, 25, 113 S. Tyler St., Morgantown, first-degree strangulation, first-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree assault (domestic), alcohol intoxication; transfer bond.

Charles Casey Sapp, 46, 12424 Morgantown Road, four counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (aggravating circumstances), fourth-degree assault (domestic), possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, first-degree persistent felony offender; transfer bond.

Michael Brandon White, 40, McColl, South Carolina, theft of services valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000; notice to appear.
