Chicken Salad Chick opens Bowling Green location

Chicken Salad Chick has expanded in Kentucky with the opening of its new Bowling Green location at 2020 Scottsville Road, Suite 107.
The restaurant opened Feb. 18 and the first 100 guests in line won free chicken salad for a year.
As part of pre-opening Friends & Family events in Bowling Green, the restaurant also raised over $2,500 for the Salvation Army to help provide food, clothing and financial support and assistance for those in need.
Chicken Salad Chick of Bowling Green is led by Hannah Witherspoon of Em’s Chick, LLC, alongside her family, and will be their third opening with the brand.
This family-owned franchisee group opened their first two locations in Evansville, Indiana, and Owensboro, only seven months apart, during the peak of the pandemic.
Chicken Salad Chick will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
I am originally from Owensboro and graduated from Owensboro High School. In 1994, I received a degree in print journalism from Murray State University. I have lived in Bowling Green and have worked at the paper since I graduated.
