Brian James Merideth

BOWLING GREEN – Brian James Merideth, age 47, of Bowling Green, KY, passed away Monday, February 3, 2025, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Brian was born October 1, 1977, in Louisville, KY to Steven and Loretta Merideth.
He is survived by his wife, Ashley Christian Garner Merideth of eighteen years; daughter, Annabelle Denise Merideth of Bowling Green, KY; parents, Steven and Loretta Merideth of Munfordville, KY; maternal grandfather, Donald Norman of Horse Cave, KY; brother, Johnny Merideth (Rachel) of Mammoth Cave, KY; two nephews, Grant and Garrison Merideth. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Trumon Merideth and Jean Joseph Ross, and step paternal grandmother, Ercell Merideth; maternal grandmother, Mary Norman; two aunts, Lisa Norman and Shirley Bratcher; seven uncles, Glenn Merideth, Ed Oller, Bill Bratcher, Gary Kucharczyk, Kevin Kucharczyk, Kelvin Kucharczyk and Steve Ray.
Brian grew up in Munfordville, KY and was a graduate from Western Kentucky University. He was employed for the last several years at Camping World as Data Steward. He joined Northtown United Baptist Church in 1989, and remained a member there until the day of his death. In 2006, Brian married Ashley Garner of Bowling Green. The two remained married for 18 years. In 2014, the couple welcomed their daughter, Annabelle. Brian treasured his family and was always working to ensure they were loved and taken care of. Even in his last days, as he was able, he expressed his love for his family.
He was known as “Uncle B” to his two nephews who loved their uncle greatly. Brian was loved greatly by those who knew him. He had a big heart and worried about those he loved more than he did himself.
He will be missed so much by his family and friends. Funeral services are scheduled to be conducted on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 1:00pm at Winn Funeral Home in Horse Cave, KY with burial to follow in the Northtown United Baptist Church Cemetery in Horse Cave, KY.
Visitation will begin on Friday, February 7, 2025, at 4:00pm until 8:00pm at J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel in Bowling Green, KY. Visitation will continue Saturday at Winn Funeral Home at 10:00 am until time of service at 1:00pm.
