A two-vehicle crash Sunday afternoon in Allen County resulted in the death of one man.

According to Kentucky State Police, the crash occurred shortly before 5 p.m. Sunday in the 3400 block of Franklin Road.

KSP said preliminary investigation showed that a 2001 Toyota Corolla driven by Charles Julian Jr., 44, of Scottsville, was traveling west on Franklin Road when it crossed the center line into the path of a 1989 Ford Mustang driven by David Parker, 40, of Franklin.

Julian was pronounced dead at the scene, while Parker was taken to TriStar Skyline Medical Center for treatment of injuries.
