Pamela Marie “Pam” Green Kieffer

BOWLING GREEN – Pamela ‘Pam’ Marie Kieffer Green, 78, of Bowling Green went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. Pam was born August 9, 1946 to the late Henry E. Kieffer, II and Hilda C. Riggs Kieffer.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Michael Anthony Green; mother-in-law, Lucille Marie Green; father-in-law, Jessie ‘Lee’ Green; brothers, Henry E. Kieffer III, Terry ‘Joe’ Kieffer, James E. ‘Butch’ Kieffer, William L. Kieffer, Jeffrey D. ‘Jeff’ Kieffer; sister, Mary Elizabeth Kieffer; and brothers-in-law, David Bledsoe and Larry Richards. Pam was a loving daughter, sister, wife, friend, mother to two beautiful daughters, and granny to her six grandchildren who meant the world to her. She was a mother figure to many others who came through her home. Pam attended St. Joseph Catholic Church.
She was a welder at FMC. She also provided child-care at her residence for many years. Her loving care of others was well-known. Of particular note were her chocolate pies, coconut pies, banana pudding, tater tot casserole, and the best sweet tea in Bowling Green.
Pam always put others and their needs first. Survivors include her loving husband of 60 years, Robert Lee Green; daughters, Michelle Lee Waters (Tyler) and Lisa Marie Green; grandchildren, Jordan Marie Turner (Grant), Kobe Lee Cummings, Paityn Michelle Pruitt, Briley Joseph Pruitt, and Keegan Marie Pruitt; siblings, Jerry Kieffer, Cdr. John R. Kieffer (USN) (Dixie) of Ponte Verda, FL, Eva A. Kieffer Bowman, Margaret A. Gray (the late Hayward), Debbie F. York (the late Bobby), Andrew M. ‘Andy’ Kieffer (Lisa), and Becky J. Kieffer Meredith all of Bowling Green; sisters-in-law, Terri Kieffer (the late Joe), Ramsey Kieffer (the late Butch), Faye Richards (the late Larry), and Dorothy Bledsoe (the late David); brother-in-law, Raymond Green (Linda); and many loving nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
Funeral services will be at noon Saturday at the J.C. Kirby & Son Broadway Chapel with visitation from 4 until 8 p.m. Friday and after 10 a.m. Saturday. Burial will take place at Fairview Cemetery.
