BOWLING GREEN – J.C. Carter, 91, passed away on Tuesday, January 21 at the Radcliff Veterans Center in Radcliff, KY.

Funeral services are scheduled at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 27 at Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery.
