Dakota Aaron Adkison, 28, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, receiving stolen property valued at $10,000 or more, first-degree persistent felony offender; $6,000 cash bond.

Carley Anne Barks, 23, 450 Grinstead Way, first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree criminal mischief, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (second offense within 10 years, aggravating circumstances), possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle; transfer bond.

Barry J. Bilyeu, 34, 217 Bellaire Drive, Auburn, theft by deception of property valued at $10,000 or more; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Yasir Osman Dahir, 23, Columbus, Ohio, fraudulent use of a credit/debit card valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, obscuring the identity of a machine (more than $10,000), theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $500 or more but less than $1,000; $5,000 cash bond.

Hakim Farah, 22, Columbus, Ohio, fraudulent use of a credit/debit card valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, obscuring the identity of a machine (more than $10,000), theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $500 or more but less than $1,000); $5,000 cash bond.

Junior Gomez, 20, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, custodial interference, giving a peace officer a false name or address; $5,000 cash bond.

Jerrell T. Hill, 45, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree strangulation, first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree promoting contraband, fourth-degree assault (domestic), third-degree terroristic threatening, first-degree criminal trespassing; $6,000 cash bond.

Christal Molly Morgan Johnson, 31, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, trafficking in stolen identities, trafficking in financial information, theft of identity, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree persistent felony offender; $12,500 cash bond.

John Brady Layne, 54, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (fourth or greater offense, aggravating circumstances), two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, two counts of first-degree criminal mischief, leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, third-degree terroristic threatening, second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, no operator’s license, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle; $10,000 cash bond.

Scott Thomas Lemmons, 39, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; $1,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Dawson Blaine Long, 21, 574 Lost Cir., Apr. A, receiving stolen property valued at $10,000 or more; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Ricardo Meijia-Aguilar, 32, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree strangulation, two counts of fourth-degree assault (domestic); $10,000 cash bond.
