Lorenzo Deandre Berry, 35, Madison, Tennessee, first-degree bail jumping, first-degree persistent felony offender; $2,500 cash bond.

Robert Arthur Cherry, 30, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree fleeing or evading police, two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment (police officer), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, three counts of second-degree wanton endangerment (police officer), second-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), failure of owner to maintain required insurance, menacing, second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespassing, no or expired registration plate, second-degree persistent felony offender; $10,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Thomas James Craft, 39, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, kidnapping, first-degree strangulation, second-degree burglary, intimidating a participant in the legal process, first-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree assault (domestic), third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree terroristic threatening, first-degree persistent felony offender; $15,000 partially secured bond.

Kelli Ann Fisher, 47, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended for DUI (second offense within 10 years), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (fourth or greater offense within 10 years), possession of synthetic drugs (second offense), ignition interlock violation, failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to wear seatbelt, first-degree persistent felony offender; $25,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

James Bentlee Good, 22, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, second-degree manslaughter, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (fentanyl), possession of drug paraphernalia; $100,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Robert Linton Hicks, 48, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, second-degree burglary, third-degree sexual abuse; $10,000 cash bond.

Seth Thomas Jones, 26, 395 Red Hill Road, Scottsville, second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree assault (domestic); transfer bond.

Danny Joe Meador, 51, 1145 Blue Level Providence Road, receiving stolen property valued at $10,000 or more; transfer bond.

Andres Miguel Mendez, 36, 509 W. Main Ave., first-degree possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (aggravating circumstances), second-degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), possession of drug paraphernalia, no operator’s license, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, failure to wear seatbelt, failure to or improper signal, no tail lamps, failure to illuminate headlamps; $10,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Lekeyna Dewaune Paul, 26, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana, failure to or improper signal, failure to wear seatbelt, following another vehicle too closely; transfer bond.

Tyler Dale Reynolds, 31, Jamestown, Tennessee, three counts of first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument; $2,500 cash bond.

Jorge Ricardo Ruiz, 30, homeless, receiving stolen property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000; $6,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Bryer McCayne Williams Scott, 25, 484 White Dogwood Drive, 10 counts of distribution of matter portraying sexual performance by minor (victim less than 12 years of age); $10,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Michael Anthony Sheehan, 40, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Justin Dewayne Smith, 27, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree criminal mischief, public intoxication, first-degree persistent felony offender; $2,500 cash bond.
