Western Kentucky baseball head coach Marc Rardin has announced the program’s upcoming camp dates in August.

The Hilltoppers are set to host a High School (Junior/Senior) and JUCO Prospects Camp and a separate High School (Freshman/Sophomore) Prospects Camp at Nick Denes Field.

The High School and JUCO Prospects Camp will take place on Aug. 24 beginning at 9 a.m., while the separate High School Prospects Camp is set to begin on Aug. 25 also beginning at 9 a.m.

These camps are opportunities for high school and junior college players to receive instruction and be evaluated by the WKU coaching staff. Position players will be evaluated on a defensive skill session, batting practice and live game action. Pitchers will throw in a live simulated game.

More information can be found on the camp website: wkubaseballcamps.com. Questions regarding the camps can be directed to Tyler Herbst by email (tyler.herbst@wku.edu).{&end}
