Morgantown Bank & Trust donates to local schools

Morgantown Bank & Trust announced it has donated $7,155.81 to local schools for the 4th quarter through the Spirit Card program.

Through this program, cardholders earn money for the school/program of their choice simply by choosing “credit” at check-out. Every donation triggers a donation to a school or program at no cost to the cardholder.

The donation is paid quarterly to the school or program.

Since 2013, the School Spirit cards have played a crucial role in contributing to the betterment of area schools and programs.

Through the collective efforts of the community, $300,425.76 has been raised.

Schools and programs participating in the School Spirit Debit Card program include Butler County High School, Butler County Middle School, Belmont Christian Academy, Foundation Christian Academy, Greenwood High School, Morgantown Elementary, North Butler Elementary, Oak Ridge Christian Academy, South Warren Middle School, South Warren High School, Warren Central High School, Warren East High School, Butler County Education Foundation, Butler County Animal Shelter, Bowling Green-Warren County Humane Society and the Morgantown Mission.
