Two women were arrested Monday at Franklin Massage following an investigation into suspected illicit activity at the business.

According to the Franklin Police Department, agency detectives and members of the South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force began a joint investigation of the business on South Main Street following complaints.

Law enforcement obtained a search warrant for the business on Monday, resulting in the seizure of items now being held as evidence.

Simpson County Detention Center records indicate that Wang Yong, 48, and Xu Bilan, 55, were booked Monday on charges of practicing massage therapy without a license, and Bilan was also charged with prostitution, all misdemeanor offenses.

They were released on their own recognizance and are due in Simpson District Court on Thursday for arraignment.
