James Richard Casada Jr., 51, 503 State St., #U2, possession of synthetic drugs (second offense), first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree persistent felony offender; transfer bond.

Bates Allen Cole, 33, c/o Christian County Jail, third-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree persistent felony offender; $1,500 cash bond.

Brian Thomas Ditmore, 50, 600 Fairway Drive, Franklin, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, first-degree persistent felony offender; notice to appear.

Ashley D. Fiscus, 41, 5350 Louisville Road, #160, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Juan Garcia, 32, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, second-degree assault, two counts of first-degree criminal mischief, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (aggravating circumstances), failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, no operator’s license, failure to wear seat belt; $6,000 cash bond.

Antwan Delanor Gilbert Jr., 27, 1430 Calgary Way, first-degree robbery, third-degree criminal mischief, first-degree persistent felony offender; transfer bond.

Anthony J. Handley, 23, Louisville, third-degree burglary, harassment; notice to appear.

Dillon Scott Hayes, 32, 720 Jennings Court or 229 Carpenter Court, Apt. B, first-degree wanton endangerment, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants, third-degree criminal mischief, possession of marijuana; transfer bond.

Donavan Taylor Jordan, 23, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree assault, first-degree criminal mischief, tampering with physical evidence, leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance; $50,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Dale Jean Miller, 24, 726 Cumberland Trace Road, #931, theft by deception of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, falsely reporting an incident; notice to appear.

Chelsea Marie Minton, 34, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; transfer bond.

Timothy Glenn Russell, 39, 1546 State St. or 4644 Fairvue Farm Blvd., first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, reckless driving; transfer bond.

Joseph Daniel Shipp, 39, 384 N. Jackson Hwy., Hardyville, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, second-degree persistent felony offender; $1,000 cash bond.

Jacob Thomas Wheeler, 45, 361 Howlett Road, first-degree criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $500 or more but less than $1,000; notice to appear.
