Jose Edgar Arguello Jr., 29, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, theft of identity, second-degree persistent felony offender; $2,500 cash bond.

Luis Carlos Benitez, 32, 854 Lynnwood Way, first-degree bail jumping; $10,000 cash bond.

Richard Anthony Brian, 41, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, kidnapping, second-degree burglary, first-degree wanton endangerment, third-degree terroristic threatening, third-degree criminal mischief, resisting arrest, public intoxication, first-degree persistent felony offender; $250,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Janina Lashonda Caldwell, 43, 379 Kelly Road, first-degree strangulation, fourth-degree assault (domestic); transfer bond.

Zachary La-Shaun Edwards or Zachery La-Shaun Edwards, 22, 220 Apple Valley Road, first-degree criminal mischief, leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, reckless driving; notice to appear.

James Taylor Higdon, 42, 148 Redoger Drive, Scottsville, first-degree possession of a controlled substance; transfer bond.

Cody Lane Hill, 36, 160 Cambridge Cir., Rockfield, first-degree assault; $20,000 cash bond.

Marcus Deywan Hunter, 28, 1004 Delafield Ave., first-degree bail jumping; $10,000 cash bond.

Kadee Richardson Lund, 32, 560 Louie Meeks Road, Oakland, theft of a controlled substance; notice to appear.

Abbie Louann McGlothlin, 30, 6311 Nashville Road, Franklin, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater than two grams, meth), possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to or improper signal, second-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Chelsea Marie Minton, 34, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants, violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO, possession of drug paraphernalia; transfer bond.

Ray Anthony Morrison, 61, 1625 Parkside Drive, Apt. B5, first-degree bail jumping, first-degree persistent felony offender; $10,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.
