Ethan Wade Houchens, 19, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, second-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000; $10,000 cash bond.

Adam Lucas Walker, 24, Hartford, second-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, second-degree persistent felony offender; $10,000 cash bond.

Kelli Ann Fisher, 46, 3610 Clifty Hollow Road, first-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree wanton endangerment, operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended for DUI (second offense within 10 years), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (third offense within 10 years), leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, first-degree persistent felony offender; transfer bond.

James Rickie Greer, 62, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, first-degree persistent felony offender; $6,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Sakhi Noor Jan Hemat, 26, 1468 N. Sunrise Drive, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants, possession of drug paraphernalia; transfer bond.

Cung Hup, 39, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended for DUI (second offense within 10 years), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (third offense within 10 years, aggravating circumstances), ignition interlock violation, speeding, second-degree persistent felony offender; $3,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

William Joseph Johnson, 36, 115 Richardsville Airport Road, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, failure to register/transfer a motor vehicle, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, no or expired registration receipt, no or expired registration plate, unapproved/no eye protective device (motorcycle); $1,000 surety bond.

Lloyd Ester Kirk, 54, 287 Memphis Junction Road, first-degree bail jumping, first-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond.

Cornelius Anthony Lightfoot, 32, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor (victim less than 16 years of age), second-degree rape, second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, unlawful use of electronic means originating or received within the commonwealth to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited activities; $15,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Rashaad A. McCrayer, 27, 521 McFadin Station, Apt. Jose Javier Ruiz Tirado AKA Jose Tirado Ruiz, 50, 1960 Wiltshire St., Apt. A, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater than two grams, meth), possession of drug paraphernalia, failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, no or expired registration receipt, no or expired registration plate, improper display of registration plate, failure to or improper signal, failure to wear seat belt, second-degree persistent felony offender; transfer bond.

Andrew Delouis Stafford, 38, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, trafficking in marijuana (more than eight ounces but less than five pounds, firearm enhanced), two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment (police officer), first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), first-degree criminal mischief, possession of drug paraphernalia, leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, resisting arrest, speeding, first-degree persistent felony offender; $6,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only; possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, first-degree persistent felony offender; combine bond with other indictment.
